About exchange bonus

I bought my new hyundai i-10 in the year 2008 from; kosmo hyundai, batala road amritsar (punjab) and i'm also a resident of amritsar. Before buying my new i-10 i had been using hyundai santro LP. The agency promised me an exchange bonus worth rs. 10, 000 for having hyundai santro. But i have not received any exchange bonus till now and when i talked to the concern officials at kosmo hyundai they gave me a curt reply saying that the company is responsible for this bonus. i request you please look into this matter and restore my exchange bonus.
