I had purchased a colour Television Hyundai Brand 21 inches. The set has the sound Problem. It was a set of 1200 Watts. The sound system is not proper. numerous times I have written to Company but without any response. Seven times the set has been repaired. The Franchisee takes arount 1 week to Attend the Call. Company like Hyundai does not care for customer at all. They have never replied any of my Complain Letters.
Such a international Gaint Like Hyundai does take care of Customer Comlains . will people buy their products in Future? Do the Co consider customers as fool.
