This is regarding my car which I had booked on my wifes name SUMITHRA.S.ACHUTHAN on Oct-13.
Raja, the sales consultant had commited to provide the car before Deepawali (Nov-09).
Since October-13th till yesterday i.e. 08-Nov, no one from Advaith Motors had a minimum courtesy to call us or inform us about the delivery of our car. Upon my calling, the sales consultant has been misguiding me as customer to give me a call in 10 minutes or an hour but never returned the call. Finally on my giving a call to Raja the sales consultant, he has been cooking up stories like its a new design some interior got changed and blah blah which would take additional 15 days time.
Hence I would like to know, if Hyundai India would be able to deliver my car and by when.
My complain is regarding:
1] Non delivery of my Car.
2] Poor Customer service.
3] Misguiding the customer.
