Price of the vehicle and poor customer care

I had purchase a Hyundai i10 sportz car from Krishna Hyundai, Jorhat,

1.the price quoted and taken were different. The amount to be refunded as shown in the bill, the workers in the dealer office are refusing and saying that it is the actual cost of the vehicle, The difference amount to be refunded is Rs.4001.00

2.The name and contact no. of the dealer (owner) was not supplied in spite of my request.

3.When requested for a driver to assist in the first drive and as we had problem in taking out the vehicle from my garage I was promised to send a person on the following day, as no one turned up when I requested repeatedly was refused by the service manage
