POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HARRASEMENT

I HAD BOUGHT HYUNDAI VERNA CRDI SX MODEL ON 20 NOV FROM AMRITSAR FROM KOSMO HYUNDAI.

FROM THE DAY ONE ONLY MY VEHICLE IS PULLING TOWARDS LEFT. I GOT IT CHECKED IN AMRITSAR, GURDASPUR AND DELHI BUT NO SERVICE CENTER IS ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM.

THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS HYUNDAI AS A COMPANY DOES NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS.THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE JUST MAKE THE CUSTOMERS WAIT AND THEY DO NOTHING THEN JUST HARRASE THEM.ESPECIALLY SAMARA HYUNDAI LOCATED AT B-18, MAYAPURI INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE-1, NEW DELHI-110064

I WIIL MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THE HARRASE MENT AND MY TIME WASTAGE
