Dear Sir,
I have been a Hyundai customer since past 10 years and own two cars. My first car Santro was bought in 1999 Hyundai Motor Plaza, New Delhi. Last year in March I bought my second car Verna (Xi model) from the same showroom. This is the company owned showroom-cum-service center and also their Corporate headquarters.
My Verna car had been giving electrical and mechanical problems since beginning. The minor problems were rectified by them. However, the biggest perpetual problem is with the AC system of the car. The AC functions erratically by getting switched off and on by itself without any control with the user.
Despite over three visits to the service center for the same problem, the HMP guys haven't been able to resolve the problem. Moreover, we have undergone serious mental agony and mental harrassment while dealing with their people for this problem.
I request you to kindly show me the path forward, as I am planning to file a legal suit against them to compensate me by either providing me a replacement new car or returning the complete cost of my car.
Regards,
Girish Agarwal
