I am physically challanged and want to get excise duty exemption on the purchase of Santro AT.For this I have applied for Manufqacturers certificate submitting essential documnts including a medical certificate from Medical Board in a prescribed format. I have forwarded my application through KOTHARI HHYUNDAI PUNE and through HMIL West Regional Office in June. Uptill now I have not received any information from either dealer, or West regional office till date. Phone call are also not accepted from both of these. I would like to get the mobile number/or email address of Mr Sum/nit Kale of HMIL WR office who is the concerned person for my case as I was informed.
