I had purchased a new Santro XING XL on 1st November. During the negotiations with the dealer – TAFE, Chennai, they had promised me that they would give me 2 years extended warranty. At the time of purchase, the sales person informed me that I would get the warranty by end of December and would ensure I get it.
Its January 16th now and till date I haven’t heard from them, when I called in to check, I get a reply that “We need to check”.
This is outrageous and against all corporate ethics and don’t least expect from Hyundai, I would request somebody from Hyundai to look into the matter seriously.
