NO FREE SERVICE

I am purchased a Santro GLS III on 02-07. I service was over. I purchased Salem District of Tamilnadu, India at Ramani automatives Limited. I send the vehicle for free service on 18th Decemember 2008. Still 26th, Dec, I am not receiving the vehicle.

Due to their Customer Care and Service engineer's "COMMUNICATION GAP", I feel more unhappy about the brand because of poor service. Thank you
