i bought my santro car LPG model TN 22 BD 1760, on 22nd december in HMP motors, chennai. they assured me of a good mileage of around 12 km or more with LPG, and 14 km or so with petrol usage per litre of it. on the contrary my vehicle gives hardly 8 km per litre with LPG and not even 10 km per litre for petrol. i tried to contact the dealer but not with much good result. kindly help me out. dealer said the mileage will be better after first service. but it has become still more worse. I am not happy with the service engineers as they just keep on trying to canvass to spend for antirust coating, sunfilms, shine painting (as mine is metalllic blue colour), rather than really doing a good engine service.
FURTHER, the pricing with which they sell to each customer is terrifically varies..
a customer mr. muthukumar, has bought the same model LPG car cherry red colour, in the same HMP MOTORS, CHENNAI, who had been sold with a cheaper price of 3, 80, 000 inclusive of sun films, seat cover, car cover, remote locking, steering cover, third year extended warranty etc on 25th december for which they charged me extra money of more than 31, 000 (total 4, 15, 000) which is just hardly 3 days earlier. more over i was charged extra 3000 and odd money for sun films etc. when i asked for the car cover they demanded more than rs.1500, so i got it from DSC HYUNDAI, CHENNAI for just 500 rupees. i dont understand why such a diparity should be there when we customers reach your outlets.

my service representative who sold the car to me was ms. radhika HMP MOTORS, in chennai. what am i supposed to do to understand the disparity between customers.
what is hyundai s criteria of pricing each and every customer. RECOMMENDATION? GETTING LOAN?
I am disappointed at the way i ve been cheated in terms of cost and the poor mileage of the vehicle
