I bought a t v hy-22f 01 from m/s rahul electronics new delhi within 2 years it stop working the complaint was lodge with service centre m/s smart sevice vide job no. 400ha08e01276 on 3rd of may. after repeated phone calls the the kit was returned on 3rd of august saying that they do not have the parts because company is not suppling them the parts . when the kit was checked by a local machenic he told us that ic and parts are changed by the service centre.again a complaint was lodge by the retailer m/s rahul electronics vide complaint no. 5 s0070808260093 on 26th august, and after 4 days i was called by the same service centre saying that the company is not suppling the parts whenever they will get the parts it will be repaired. it is very strange on the part of hyundai electronics that they do not have the parts and they have appointed such service centre which not capable to carry on the job. I want a visit from company! s engineer who can see the changed kit.
