I bought a Suzuki Access 125 from IBAYS MOTORCYCLES PVT. LTD., HYDERABAD in June and paid additional amount for the complete set of accessories (that included, guards, mud flap, foot mat, buzzer etc.).
The IBAYS sales/service team made me believe that the company standard foot mat is actually the accessory foot mat and delivered the vehicle to me. During my first free service another staff of the service dept. told me that there should have been an additional foot mat on top of the company standard foot mat. The sales people denied that it is a possibilty that they might have missed giving me the additional foot mat.
IBAYS is a cheat dealer... beware and buy your Suzuki from another dealer.
