Delay in PF Amount through PF Office Gurgaon

Dear Sir/Madam

I am approaching to your kindself with a request that I Ashish Singh resigned on 22nd of Nov from IBM Daksh. Bearing PF No. HR/FBD/10640/15633 alongwith SSN & form 19 has been deposited on 8th April. Since then I have not recieved any information or my due PF amount.

I don't no what are the reason behind this delay. But I again request you to kindly consider it as soon as possible.

"JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED".

I still have faith on the organisation and believe it will remain and wate for the positive outcome.
