BSNL EBPP site is not working

Hi,

Today I found that the BSNL EBPP site having url "http://210.212.204.4:3307/login.jsp" is not working. Last month It was working fine. Could you please let me know what the problem is. Please make this as a high priority issue and let me know ASAP.
