Delayed in SMS recieving on 3rd July, 09

On 3rd July, I recieved SMS after a long delay.

I am staying in Vijaya Nagar, Bangalore-560040

Four SMS were send at my no. (9731998698) on 3rd July at around MidNight, but I recieved all the four SMS at 6.52 AM .

I needed to respond immediately to those SMS (urgent response officially), but failed due to delayed SMS.

Please send me the details of the problem in the network on that day.
