Wrong commitment for connection

Dear Sir,

This is Pankaj using postpaid number 91 9999915181 from last 4 months back, now I want to convert this number into prepaid, but customer care people are saying that we are not able to conver it into prepaid if we will conver it we will never give you or adjust your deposit money.

But I would like to bring your kind notice that when I bought this number from Vodafone store Mahipalpur, the excutive was told me that we will able to convert this number into prepaid after 3 months and now 3 months has been already gone, now they are telling me that we will only able to conver it after 6 months.

Its not the matter of the deposite amount its the matter of commitment with customer.
