Non receipt of Income Tax Refund for assessment year 07

Respected sir,

I like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I have submitted my return on 31 st July for the financial year 06 in 47 (1) ward. But unfortunately I have not received refund (Rs 5633) till date. I made several calls to the officer but there is no positive response.
