Poor service and no extention for the no service

I opted for a 6 month package for internet connection of ICC Broadband at Nashik. But most of the time there service has problem and i did get access to internet.on complaining to company they accept that service was interrupted during that time. But so no to provide extension of those days which i missed due to their interrupted service.
