I got an sms to my mobile that i won 50000ghp of icccricket council and i have to pay the money.2, 3 times i pay the money but now he saying that to tranfer the money to my account i have to pay money to rbi 980800inr.i want to know that its real or not.and also from payment desk send a form and certificate of fund.my name is mansoor ali n.s, .from rbi send me the reffernce num: rsbi/92.pls give me the detail
