I had complained in august about the refrigerator door. your technician came and told me that the door has to be replaced and that this job will be done in about a week's time. as no action was taken i lodged again a repeat complaint nohd2176 on8th september. this time also the same technician visited and repeated the samestory. he could not answer as to why the door was not replaced as stated earlier..i feel that the services were not satisfactory and the same story will repeat any number of times.please note that the refrigerator is under warranty upto 2011.in case the complaint is not rdressed by20/9 imay be compelled to approach appropriate forum to redress my grievance
