your kind notice is drawned to an act of great injustice, perpetrated by PHOTON CAPITAL ADVISORS LTD. (corporate office #8-2-293/A/41-4, millenium plaza, road no.5, jubilee hills, Hyderabad-500 033)
My name is Nausheen Fatima, and i am a student. I enrolled in ICFAI, swarupnagar branch, kanpur, for a 2 year course in business management. Initially i was asked to pay an amount of Rs10000/, which i paid. I was then asked to submit about 18 post dated cheques in the name of ICFAI (Rs. 4323/each) these too were deposited by me. After the first semester, which i was one of the few to qualify in my batch, i was appointed as an english teacher in a gov. school. So i opted out of the MBA course and joined the teaching job. I also instructed my bank to stop payment to all cheques henceforth.
On 2nd. january i received a notice from PHOTON CAPITAL ADVISORS LTD asking me to make the payment of Rs. 4323/ as my cheque was dishonoured by the bank. Later a representative of the above company Mr. Ajay Baral who introduced himself as 'credit officer ' visited my house and threatened me with dire consequences. I tried to explain to him my side of the story but, he would not listen to me and kept on using foul language.
This behaviour of Ajay Baral stunned me, i went to ICFAI, swarupnagar, kanpur, where i was not given any satisfactory answer. Your kind attention is drawned to the fact that photon capital advisors ltd is a company which i do not know and which was never in the picture.
With all due respect sir, i beseech u to please look into the matter and give me justice.
