Hey... I had been selected for the pune center of icfai after my interview in feburary 2006 and had to pay a amount of 80, 000 in 1 month to secure my place... but i was not very sure to take admission as i had calls from other colleges too... so i had a word with the authorities, they assured me on the fact that they would return back the money if i didn't take the admission... so i paid... in the month of aprl, i secure a place in a much better college and hence took admission there... since then these people have made my life a hell... even after constant writting communication and even visits to them, they do not respond and neither are they ready to refund me my money... infact few of the times they didn't even entertained my relatives when they went to visit the director or when tried talking to higher authorities at the main campus which happens to be hyderabad... nothing has happened even after constantly writting to them almost every quarter... I have lost all hopes, please help and tell me if anything in this regard can be done... how can i get my money back... it's not even a small amount and i am not willing to just let the hard earned money go... please tell me what i can do to get my money back... where do i file the complaint or case and what all evidences and documents do i need to get it done.
