Not geting Certificate of Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration of Batch

I Did PGDBA (Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration) in Marketing and Finance in 2008.

I got provisional certificate of same but i did not get Transcript of PGDBA, I have got Education Loan For that and I sent the same Matter to Head quarter of ICFAI University Hyderabad by e-mail but did not get any response. I request you please inform me what supose to do toget the same.
