Non refund of my fees

I am Deepa Raghuvanshi, Enrolled as MBA2080695 in ICFAI for MBA-Distance Learning i enrolled in Oct but till date i have not clear any semester. I already consulted with Hyderabad office for refund my total fee deposited to you. I have paid the fee by taken a loan from SBI and now i m not able to deposite the SBI Installment.

I already consultant to local office of ICFAI, but i have not got the proper guidence from their side.

So, I request you kindly help me how to withdraw my fees at your end.
