Illegal debit from saving account agains CC payment

ICICI is illegally stopeed my saving account for not making 1 emi on 2007 of credit card eventhough my Saving account was having more that 4 time money than the credit card balance.

ICICI shld stop doing this illegal practice of linenceing (freezing) saving account with intimating the account holders and this is against the RBI regulation
