Amount deducted but cash not received

I am INDRA NEGI having an a/c in the BOB (ACCOUNT NO.- 25640100002470)

when i tried to withdraw Rs. 1500 on 03/03 around 2:00 pm from the ICICI atm BALU PURA, GHAZIABAD (AIM ID STCH9550), money deducted from MY ACCOUNT but no cash received, kindly help me out.
