ICICI BANK ATM DELIVER LESS MONEY

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am just pasting my mail which I have sen to ICICI BANK through my account.

Hi Sir/Madam,

I went to withdraw Rs 10, 000 from ICICI bank CMH Road Banglore ATM counter, the total amount which i received from the ATM machine was of Rs 9, 600. The amount which was delivered to me was 500x18=9000 and 100x6=600 total of 9600 instead of 10, 000, deficit of Rs 400.

Observertion: In between the 500 Rs note there was one 100 Rs note and then at the end there were 5 hunderd Rs note.

My Transaction details are as follows: April-26 at 14.07 TXN No 4587

I have already complain to customer care of ICICI Bank and the complain number is 104394227.

My contact number is 92-988664XXXX

I would request you to look into this matter and return back my Rs 400 in the account at the earliest.
