Non-payment of maturity amount & interest

Sir,

I, Santana Ray have purchased six numbers of tax saving bonds, February its deemed date of allotment was 8.4.2005 and redemption date was 8.4.2010 with bond holder no.06492-996 and certificate no. 50360 with distinctive no (s) 235812-23817.

The said original bond certificate has already been sent to your address through registered post with A/D (as per bond condition) on 17.7.2010.

But, till date the maturity amount with interest has not been deposited to my bank account through ECS.

Therefore, kindly let me know the present position and take necessary early action in this matter.
