Non receiving of the payment

Payment of ICICI bond - ICI52106053794 (In the name of Prem Lata Mittal – Mother) & ICI52106053795 (In the name of Gaurav Mittal - self) was due on 7th Nov; the forms for redemption were submitted around 15 days ahead of due date in ICICI Ghaziabad branch; We have yet not received the payment. I had been continuously following up with ICICI helpdesk and had been getting a simple reply that cheque were issued and sent on 7th Nov; no more updates available...

ICICI helpdesk does not have the answer. If the cheques were sent on 7th Nov by speed post, why are they yet not delivered; I doubt if speed of speed post can be lesser than the speed of the normal post!!! Who is responsible for interest during these 11 days?

Request you to please forward the complaint to the responsible to get me the exact status of the payment.
