I am sharad kumar raghuvansh have my saving account number : 031001502011 in sigra branch varanasi. Their is transaction problem as the record on 03-11 I accessed the DLW - ATM machine had problem in card reading, so I accessed the ATM of SBI which was nearby in Sunderpur there the machine regretted for transaction for the amount of Rs.6000.00 but the message came on my mobile(# 9935341700) the amount had beed debitted. Then I talked to the local ATM engineer he told it will be recovered within three hours and did got creditted but on the other day 04-11.But today on 27-11 once again message came that got debitted from my account against the same amount (Rs.6000.00) of that withdrawal reversal on 04-11. So, I hope I am very much clear in explaining my problem. Now, should I run around your bank to solve my problem or should you people must contact and clarify before creating such mishappenings. Isn't this reason good enough to close the account from this bank?
Numerous problems are their in this ICICI bank no ATM print statment available, defective card readers and even most of the time no cash. Very poor service and very much unprofessional approach. ICICI used Mr. Sharukh Khan to gain the confidence of customers is this the way to do it OR to improve your service to gain your trust?
