I had availed a personal loan from ICICI Bank inthe year which has been repaid withinh stipulated time. I had some problem in paying my EMI. My loan got over in July but due some problem I cleared the loan in month of August i.e one month later then my stipulated time. I had got the No Dues from bank. But bank has updated my name as defaulter in CIBIL records. Due to this my creditibily has gone down. I am not able get finaince from non other banks due to my name in CIBIL. ICICI bank is doing this purposely to spoil the image of the customer. I had informed bank regarding this but the bank did not pay any attetion.
