RBI Floating rates reflection on existing ICICI Home Loan custome

I have taken ICICI Home in the yr 2004.As and when RBI increases the BPLR rates, my interest rate also increased. Agreed to pay when RBI increases, but now RBI has reduced the interest rates and so I do expect ICICI to reduce interest rates for existing customers also.

Eventually this is not happening and the govt/RBI should take appropriate actions against such banks.
