Hi, I am Amit kumar pundir, Presently working with alcatel-lucent.in saharanpur location. On dated 06.12. when i was trying to get money from IDBI atm Dehradun Chawk saharanpur.then it shows network failure &i had not received any amount, but the same is deducted from my a/c.i launch a complaint on icici phone banking.their executive told me that with in 8 working days i got my money back.after 11 days i call again then i got 12 more days request.after 3 more days of completion of this time period i got one more day request.when 2 more days gone then i receive a call from ICICI bank officer & she was saying that i will have to wait 5 more days.today when i went to icici bank Saharanpur to know the status of my complaint by using law of information than Branch operation manager deny to take a proper stamp application .& saying that Private organizations dont accept RTI form.when i request him to lounch another complaint.then he say if i do so than it will take 60 more days to be clear. DO i know is there no limitations on such organizations. Now after this behaviour of bank I am feeling very unfortunate that i am having my a/c in such a unresponsible organization.why In India consumer forum available if such a response a customer getting. Is there anyone to take my complaint.
