My name is Anil Kumar Ahirwar, I have a saving account with ICICI bank Satara road Branch pune.
I have made a transaction of 5000 to my account from IDBI bank ATM located at symphony services baner Pune on 30th Sep. I got the message in the ATM machine that We are unable to connect your banks network but the same amount of 5000 had been deducted from my account. I have logged many complaints against this faulty transaction to the bank. Few are listed below:

These all complaints with an application I have also given to the satara road branch manager on 25th Dec. 2008 where my account (033701503995 is maintained).
I have not yet got any response from the bank on the same and when I called to customer care today (29th Jan 09) then told me that your request has been closed by the investigating personal saying that we can't reverse your amount of 5000. I want to know that what bank is doing in such kind of cases is there any process to be followed by the bank/banks, is there any time limit for any service request? Would I be getting the money back from the bank or bank will eat my money illegally?
