Regarding irresponsibilty of Staff

Sir,

This is regarding the ICICI Bank Irresponsible STAFF at MALL ROAD Branch, Kanpur. I went there to inquire about the details regarding transfering cash in Traveller's Card from the ICICI account. The staff was so engrossed in there gossip that they took nearly 45 mins to provide the details, and also the reply that they gave was the same thing that i told them previously .. and i was asking for an alternative way, if any.

I was then told that it was my fault that i didnt clear the details when i got the traveller's card service, i went there with incomplete information. I know i didnt know about the thing and its their responsibilty to provide me with the information when i have inquired and there are being paid for that same, instead of insulting me out there.

The staff need to be attentive of what a customer is asking about and also the customer is not too free to sit there leaving out his /her work. They are being paid for providing services which they are not being able to provide. Its was not the lunch time that they can gossip out when the customer is sitting just before with queries. I would have not said anything if it has been a government bank but the atitude of staff was pathetic I must say.

I want to take the individuals name but the fault is of whole staff sitting beside her... NRI services. Life Insurance section both.
