Illegal debit from my ICICI bank savings account

Dear Sir

My account no is 000201091430.

On 30th march, ICICI bank debited 3967.46 INR with subject reference 4864103106277006 .

I dont hold any clue for this transaction.

I have lodged service request SR102345958 and SR102094712 twice but they have not given me details for transaction.

I want to see full detail (written) and reason for this transaction asap.
