MONEY NOT DEDUCTED BUT MONEY DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C

I have done a ATM transaction at SBI bank due to link failure i have not received any money from ATM. i have done 14 such transactions but not a single rupee i have got. But accordigly fund are deducted from my a/c. For this when complained at icici bank. Bank representaives are saying that as per SBI ATM i have received my fund. where i have the CUSTOMER advice slip. where it is clearly mentioned as UNABLE TO PROCESS U R REQUEST..
