Dear Sir,

I have withdraw Rs. 5000 /- through SBI ATM on 03rd April’09, I have not received money from ATM but received the slip stating unable to process. The same amount of Rs. 5000 /- is debited from my ICICI account.

I have already given my verbal complaint to ICICI bank till no action is taken as on date. Your suggested take this written complaint very seriously.
