No updates for transaction - 4864103106277006

Dear Sir

My account no is 000201091430.

On 30/3, Icici Bank has debited amount 3967.46 INR. I lodged a complain with them (SR 102094712) but no written information or on email is provided to me.

My concern is i want full detail about mentioned transaction.

Please look in to issue because as per my best knowledge i don't have any due amount or loan pending with ICICI bank.
