Sir,
I have taken Home Loan from ICICI Bank in 2007 Dec at 7.25% which they have kept on increasing to 13.25% as they are saying cost of funds increased but now when you have provided cheaper loan rate they have juist reduced 1% and still changing 12.25% though from new customer it is charging @ 9.5 this is illegle and cheting; many Private banks and PSU have reduced rates but ICICI is not passing benifits to Old customers plsase please HELP!
