Deposited Cash through ATM went missing

I have deposited Rs.30, 000/- cash in my mother account (ICICI bank), which she required for an emergency. The money deposited through ICICI ATM, Vikaspuri New Delhi.

She received only Rs.3, 000/- in her account and the rest money which is Rs.27, 000/- went missing.

So far even after more then 54 conversation (personal visits, emails, customer support, complaint etc) with ICICI, I have not received my money back.

now preparing myself for the case to get my money back.

BE AWARE OF BANK CHEATING... DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY IN ATM... THEY MAY EAT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
