The worst experience you can ever get from TATA and ICICI bank.
I did an online recharge of 50/- for my Tata number 9220930400, mumbai. on 4th May at around 8am and had not received the credit to my phone until evening.
I called tata and they said to wait for 24hours and then callback.
Which I did to Tata mobile they said to get the transaction ID.
When called ICICI bank they said will have to wait for 4 days to get the credit or will the refunded to my bank account.
Since I had already waited for 24 hours I wanted to resolve it. ICICI call center kept me on hold for 15 minutes then came a manage name Imran to say the same thing that will have to wait for 4 days.
Which was not a good reply.
I insisted that it needs to be resolved now.
They said no ways will have to wait for another 4 days.
The transaction ID for 50/- recharge is 000101905038.
This is really a worst service ever you can receive from these corporate giants TaTa and IcIcI.
