I have already paid my last EMI for the month of March of this year. I have already attended a number of calls from your side and I confirmed them that I have no intention to cheat the bank by not paying the amount though I am running out of money now a days. My wife is seriously ill also my parents are. So, I am in very critical situation. Knowing all the fact today (28th March) at 1.07 pm from 033 64587831 (total call duration 04min29sec) my mother received a call on our residential phone numbered 033 32435641. The caller spoke with her so rudely and threatened her and used a number of slang languages.By his (Your Representative named Mr. Abir Chaterjee) this type of language and very rough behavior my mother became sick and she is now running in trauma and for that I have to contact my family physician immediately.
I have mentioned earlier that I am willing to pay the rest of my loan amount as on regular basis, but I need some time to get recovered financially. To know the above fact and keeping my generous intention in mind, I earnestly request you to take immediate action on Mr. Abir Chatterjee and his type of “Threat Calls” as early as possible.
