i am icici bank customer, i did transaction of rs 5000.00 from a non icici bank i.e. SBI bank bulandshahr kala aam branch U.P. but the requested amount not dispensed by ATM machine, but the requested amount deducted from my account. i log the complain in ICICI customer care as well as SBI bank also but they did not take any action yet. i am in army so it is not possible that i call every day in customer care. so plz do the needful as soon as possible.
