I have given a request for Internet Banking Password on 11-06-09 which was suppose to be delivered in 7 working days from the date of placing request. Today as on 29-06-09 I still have not recd the internet banking password. Earlier also I logged the complaint about the same but no action taken yet on my request nor I got a call about the status of the same. I got only one call on 23-06-09 after escalating this matter to the concern authorities and again it was promised to me that would be delivered to me in next 4 days but you see nothing has happened like that. I called up customer care from my mobile and I was requesting and cursing to take a email id of the senior authority (Regional Manager/Business manager North Region) but they didn't give me and I was requesting to them for 54 Minute and I asked to wait for one more day this is what I got in the conversation of 54 minutes. The way they attended my call it seems to be that as if they are misguiding and want me to disconnect the call some how. I was attended by Ms. Shweta and I was getting the whispering of someone near to her and guiding her what to speak and how they can befool me. My call was again & again getting on hold and I realized that from other side the receiver was put on mute mode so the voice of other person should not reach to me. I am sure you must be having a recording system, I would advice you to go through the entire communication and also listen to the previous communication in between me and your nodal officer from Hyderabad.
If You cannot provide me the services, I need the written communication from your end. This time it would lead me to take this case to consumer court/forum.
