Deduction of 827rs as a QAB charges

Hi,

i have been charged 09/07 QABChgs, apr-jun09 ST77 DR INR 827.00.I want my money back ASAP.Tell me the way to get back this money.and as when i money back i will close my account. This ICICI bank is the only bank who has got maximum no of DIS-SATISFIED customers.
