Over charge on car od loan

Dear Sir,

I sent written complaint on 6th March regarding my ICICI bank car OD loan against complaint no = 16408. Sir, i want to close this matter, every day I am receving calls from ICICI bank recovry center at least thrice in a day and on hight one day they send their recovry personal at my residence also to get the amount, being a citizen of india it is my request you to look into this matter, I want to close my account ASAP. waiting for your favourable action and settelment.

Dear Mr. Vijay,

Thanks for your prompt reply, but case cannot be closed from one side as it has to be from both the side, you have just completed the formalities but facts so far not shown or sent to undersigned, i.e. on what basis you are closing my account on Rs approx 87, 000.00 where as earlier i have informed you, that with out submitted statement and on behalf of wrong SMS who come bank can claim in trust part on Principal amount??? i want to see the detail that how come you reached on Rs 87000, were as it should not be more then 55 to 60, 0000 Rs?? if you are not able to provide me the details with in week time, then from my end, I am going to submit Rs.50.000 in consumer court as full and final payment against my case which can be claim by your bank from consumer court. please confirm me with your acceptance, as this is my last and final mail to your bank and on next MONDAY (18th May) i will deposit the money in consumer court as i have given you week time.
