ICICI Bank
No response to customer problem

Dear Sir,

I opened few FDs & related savings a/c in ICICI bank Kolkata branches in 2001. For some reason I could not keep track on the a/cs & now when I am asking their customer service with my customer ID & a/c nos, they are telling that these a/cs are closed whereas I never closed these FDs. During renewal their FD nos. may have changed but I neverhave relized my money.

I am visting their Branch time & again. I do not know how do I recover my money?
