Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to register a complaint against ICICI Bank for their absolute disregard for a customer. I have requested for a Debit Card and this has been charge from my account for more than a month. It has till date taken 40 days and I havent got my card yet.
When I called the customer care, they have responded that this is becaue my details is a short address - I have been operating with this bank for the last 7 years and this is what i get, I havent changed my address in these last 7 years. When all the past communication has been available - why now a short address?
The courier companies do this frequently. They just don't want to deliver and comes up with flimsy answers. I hope the bank takes notice of this and are able to make amends to avoid customers from being treated like idiots.
