Respected Sir,
This is regarding the ICICI bank staff who are harassing by making regular call if we fail or delay in paying the EMI for loans. Due to recession i lost the job and since last six month i was not a regular job and doing part time jobs. In this duration i tried my level best to pay my EMI and till date except august no EMI is pending against my name. Here wih i am enclosing the communication which i forwarded to ICICI customer care department. I would like to request you to take necessary action against such kind of things from reputated banks. Sir, daily i am getting atleast 5-6 calls from different locations it is waste of money.

In continuation of our earlier communications and complain against the local IICI staff. I would like to inform you that again since last one week i am getting calls from different person from different locations or numbers. As earlier also i mentioned that due to recession i lost the job and sine last six month i was not a regular job and doing part time jobs. In this duration i tried my level best to pay my EMI and till date except august no EMI is pending against my name. This month i joined my new job on 4th august. In this all circumstances my financial status is not good therefore i could not able to pay the EMI for august. It can be paid in next month. The same is conveyed to your people and also informed through mail to concern person. Unfortunately after fairly telling the reason again your people all calling regularly, day before yesterday i was in the meeting with US ministry delegate and again and again your people called. Today one Ms. Janaki has called me from mobile (09000081425) and commanding me to pay the Emi immediately otherwise the action will be taken. I am sorry to say that your staff behaviour is very rude and i have to take action. It is to much. If people are doing frauds fr million and running away you people are not able to take any action and a person who is sincere and paying the amount on time your staff is harassing like this. I going to send this note to consumer forum.
Hope for the action against the staff.
